Subscription terms

Seller of record

Hushimal is operated by Uplevel Labs, Inc. Every subscription, trial, gift membership and one-time purchase is sold by Paddle, our merchant of record and seller of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, adds and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, and administers refunds and chargebacks. The price you see at checkout, plus applicable tax, is the amount charged.

Seven-day trial

A payment card is required to start the free seven-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected recurring plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and the displayed price plus applicable tax is charged. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

Renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel. Cancel in your billing settings before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. After cancelling, your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not charge again after cancellation unless you restart a plan.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of the date a charge was made, and requests inside that window are refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf — email support@hushimal.com with the purchase, or use the link in your receipt. After 14 days you can still cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period; we do not prorate the remainder. If a charge was made in error or a feature you were promised is unavailable, we will refund or credit it regardless of the window.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and any unused value from the lower plan is credited against the new one. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Price and plan changes

If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Promotional and introductory prices apply for the stated period and then move to the standard price shown at checkout.

Gift memberships

A gift membership provides one year of access, does not automatically renew, and becomes active when the recipient redeems the unique code. Gift codes are not cash, are not refundable to the buyer after redemption, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Referrals

The referring member earns one free membership month after a referred friend signs up and completes a successful paid purchase. Self-referrals, refunded or charged-back purchases, duplicate purchases, and attempts to game the programme do not qualify, and we can withdraw rewards obtained that way.

Business and team plans

Team, business and enterprise plans are billed per organisation at the interval shown at checkout, start with a card-required seven-day trial, and renew automatically under the same cancellation and refund rules above. Seat and location limits are set by the plan you buy.

Managing your subscription

You can view invoices, change your payment method, cancel, or request a refund from your billing settings, through the link on your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@hushimal.com. We keep the right to suspend access where an account breaches our Terms of Service.
