Refund and cancellation policy

14-day refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of any charge, including the first charge after a free trial, a renewal, a lifetime purchase or a gift purchase. No reason is required. A redeemed gift code cannot be refunded to the buyer once the recipient has started using it.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, use the link in your receipt email, or email support@hushimal.com and we will arrange it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no fees or retention steps: use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email, look up your order at paddle.net, or email support@hushimal.com. Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you are never charged. After cancelling a paid period, access continues until the end of that period and no further charges are made.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under the law of your country, or the refund procedures in Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
